HOMEWatch inspection includes:

  • Verify that all doors and windows are properly secure to minimize chance of break-ins.

  • Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.

  • Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.

  • Check that A/C is cooling properly and reset thermostat and humidistat settings if needed.

  • Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.

  • Check that main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).

  • Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off.

  • Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.

  • Walk exterior perimeter of single family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism, etc.

  • A detailed HOMEWatch Inspection Checklist Report is completed during each visit of your property along with the date and time the inspection was completed using QRIDIT online reporting.

  • IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found with photos attached.

  • Customized checklist - We create a customized checklist for your house and can add site specific questions, request photos, comment boxes and even add special instructions as we walk the property.

  • Prove we were there - provide hard evidence that a visit was made to your property with our revolutionary QRID Matrix system. Date time & GPS position of the reporter is captured as soon as we scan the QRID card at your property and then records and integrates this info into the final report 

  • Flag Issues - Clearly flag problem areas for your attention along with detailed descriptions and photos. You will quickly see issues flagged in the report so we respond immediately and communicate back to you.

  • Invoicing - we can invoice you right away once inspection completed if you like using QRIDit®.

  • Client Chat Portal - No need to search through emails and texts, with our built-in chat portal, we can have direct communication with you!
